All Lojel luggage is designed, made, and tested to meet our strict quality standards. Your Lojel is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 2 years from the day you purchased it. You can extend this to 10 years by registering your luggage online.




To claim your 2-year warranty, you’ll need to provide a genuine, legible proof of purchase. The warranty only applies if you originally purchased the product or received it as a gift from the original purchaser.



To activate your 10-year luggage warranty, go to our Registration page and enter the Unique Serial ID and purchase info.

Make sure to register no later than three months from the date of purchase. After we confirm your registration, you no longer need to keep your proof of purchase—plus we’ll be able to help you out more quickly.

Please note: if you purchased your Lojel before April 9, 2018 or do not have a Unique Serial ID on the back of your product, please hold on to your proof of purchase.



If your Lojel is damaged during the warranty period, contact us to submit a repair request.

To help you easily describe the damage to your luggage, the diagram below shows the names of all its parts.

After you’ve contacted us, we’ll put you in touch with a local dealer, distributor or repair center. We’ll take a closer look at the damage and if it’s covered under warranty, we’ll do one of the following:
• Repair the product and return it to you, free of charge
• Replace the product with a new one, free of charge, if the original is beyond repair
• Send you a comparable product, free of charge, if a replacement is no longer available

All you have to do is get the product to us and we’ll take it from there. Make sure you ship the product using a carrier that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery. You’ll be responsible for the product until we sign for its delivery.



Your luggage warranty does not apply in the following situations: if your proof of purchase is lost, defaced or illegible and you did not register the product on our website; if the purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller; if the product was imported without permission (i.e. parallel imports); if the product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, refurbished, or manufacturing seconds; or if any unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made.

The warranty doesn’t cover exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture; UV degradation; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents or stains); and abuse, overloading or rough handling during transport by airlines and other travel organizations. In cases where the damage occurred during transport, please contact the airline or travel provider right when you arrive at your destination. Taking action while you’re still at the airport gives you the best chance of having your damage claim resolved.

In cases where this warranty doesn’t apply, we’ll provide an estimate for any repairs and help you get back to traveling.




Our bag collections are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

There are a few situations where the bag warranty doesn’t apply. These include: if the warranty certificate is lost, defaced or illegible; if unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made; or if the product has been used in conditions outside the norm for its intended purpose.

The warranty doesn’t cover damage from improper care or misuse, excessive sun exposure, or the use of inappropriate cleaning products. It also doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, which includes:
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture
• Fabric abrasion
• Rips, tears, or cuts
• Melted zippers or fabric
• Stains (such as grease, oil, dirt, or ink)
