No Unique Serial ID? No Problem.

Don’t worry, if your product does not have a Unique Serial ID it’s still covered under our 10-year warranty. The only difference is that you won’t need to register your product on our registration page. Instead, if you ever need assistance, you can easily file a claim. Here’s how:

What You’ll Need? Two Things.

  • Your Proof of Purchase – submitted as a photo of the original receipt or a screenshot of the order confirmation email associated with your purchase.
  • A completed Contact Form

    Step 1. Using your smartphone, take a photo of your receipt or a screenshot of your confirmation email.

    Step 2. Store it in a Safe Place:

    • [Recommended] 📷➡☁️: Upload to a free Cloud Storage Service (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive…).
    • Send the photo of your receipt to yourself as an email and store the email in a special folder for easy access.
    • Mark the photo as “Favorite” in your smartphone’s photo library.
    • Send the photo of your receipt to yourself on a trusted messaging app or social media account (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Line, WeChat, etc.)
