All LOJEL® product are manufactured subject to compliance with our highest quality and testing standards. Please see our warranty policies for bags and luggage as follows :

Lojel Luggage Warranty

All our luggage collections are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the product on the date of purchase, and only applies for collections designed for the global market, including Arrowhead, Groove, Groove 2, Inroads, Lucid, Octa, Octa 2, Streamline, Horizon, Kozmos, Essence, Wave, Carapace, Hatch, Nimbus, Exos II, Exos III, Vita, Luna, Rando, Lumo, Cubo, Juna, Lucid 2, and Novigo. The collections that were specially developed and sold in specific regions will use local distributor warranty policies.
SKU Warranty

This limited warranty shall not apply under certain circumstances…

Circumstances under which the limited warranty shall not apply include: the warranty certificate has been lost, erased or is defaced/illegible; unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made; the product has been exposed to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, moisture, normal wear and tear or rough handling during transport (e.g. by airlines). In case of third-party transport damages, please contact the travel organization at the arrival destination.

Lojel reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.

Lojel Bag Warranty

Our bag collections are covered by a 10 year global limited warranty from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This limited warranty shall not apply under certain circumstances…

Circumstances under which the limited warranty shall not apply include: the warranty certificate has been lost, erased or is defaced/illegible; unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made; the product has not been used in normal conditions for its design purpose, and subject to improper care or misuse, such as being exposed to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, moisture, excessive sun exposure and use of inappropriate cleaning products; normal wear and tear, by way of example:
• Exposed to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, moisture
• Fabric abrasion
• Rips, tears, and/or cuts
• Melted zippers or fabric
• Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc...)

Certain specific collections, such as limited editions, bags developed for a local market, or those made with special materials, are excluded from the 10 year global limited warranty ; in these cases, the bags come with a 1 year global limited warranty (applies to Urbo Vachetta, and Urbo Classic).

Need to repair your Lojel Product?

To repair your LOJEL® product, please contact us by clicking here. Lojel will determine if the product is under warranty and whether it is reparable or not, with the following possible outcomes:

A) The product is covered under warranty and:

The product is reparable:
The product will be repaired at Lojel’s expense and returned to you.

The product is not reparable:
If the same product is in stock, Lojel will send a replacement.

B) The product is not covered under warranty and:

The product is reparable:
You may either have the product returned to you un-repaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense.

The product is not reparable:
You can choose to have Lojel send the product back to you un-repaired or dispose of the product for you.
